I'm glad you're here. We're a group of adults meeting weekly to apply essential concepts to feel less overwhelmed. Personal management isn't about getting things done. It's about mapping your week in a way that reflects value, supports your goals and your mental health.
Adults struggling with busy minds often get pulled off course and have difficulty spacing out tasks. You'll learn how to practice intentional scheduling and make decisions that support a high-value life.
This course is 50% mindset and 50% strategy.

Overwhelmed, Confused, or Unfocused?

Hello! I'm Kama. In my professional life, I work with adults struggling with "sticky-thought" anxiety conditions and executive function challenges.

For many, difficulty organizing thoughts, identifying priorities, and managing a schedule - significantly increases unwelcomed feelings of frustration and overload. 

Are you habitually or chronically overwhelmed? Does it seem like your mind either runs too fast or too slow?

The SPACEOUT course is great for women and men struggling with busy minds, time awareness, and self-direction.

You and I, and the gang, will apply simple skills that will have you moving forward and living the life you want to build! I'm serious. It is possible and personal management is the answer. You need a mentor, and friends to support you.

Finally! A personal and time management option that fits the way your mind works. Your mind is wonderful and slightly rebellious. In this program, you get the guidance, but you can select any time tools (like a planner or program) you want. You can also plan ahead for as many days as you want. Different tools and timelines get different results. Neither good nor bad. You choose what's right for you.

People with busy minds typically experience time and space differently. This often leads to cyclical patterns of urgency and procrastination. Understanding how busy minds thrive is essential to finding workable solutions. 
You'll learn how to space out tasks in your mind (inner clock) and end the overwhelmed! You'll also learn how to space-out tasks and not beat yourself up!  
In the process (yes! it's a process), you'll see how it all fits together. It's a wonderful way to live.

Your membership fee gives you full access to weekly classes. You'll find friends here. Members are challenged with the same concerns and trying to find solutions. As a bonus, each month, new educational content is added to the portal site. 

Our first mentor class starts:

EVERYONE COHORT: Tuesday, January 4, at 10:00 am central time. And meets every Tuesday at the same time - January through March.

The cohort runs for three months. The online discussion group stays open, at no additional charge. 

 

Each person is different. You'll decide your personal goal - simple or complex - and work at the pace you prefer. There is no "perfect" destination. You'll practice intentional scheduling, task execution, and the art of making decisions effectively. Take the course 1x or several times. You decide. 

The cost is $480.00 for the 3-month SPACEOUT cohort.

Anyone struggling with personal management or structuring time in a meaningful way. You can expect to meet professionals, busy parents, and business owners.

When we offered the group in the past, the age range was 28 to 55.

If you're serious about personal management and willing to do the work, we encourage you to apply.

Not everyone is appropriate for the group. If you have questions, please contact us.

Cohorts run for 3 months at a time. Yes, you can take the course as many times as you prefer. People often prefer to take the course 2 x to build support.

Kama Jensen is the founder of Conscious Living Counseling & Education Center (CLCEC). She specializes in research-supported treatments for anxiety conditions and executive function challenges. 

 

SPACEOUT is an educational group for adults struggling with personal management. The program is excellent as a time management intervention program or a post-counseling class for people living with ADHD or anxiety.
